This product is used for hoisting and handling equipment during the installation and withdrawal of fully mechanized mining face coal mining machines, scraper conveyors, and reloaders.

The lifting device is mainly composed of an independent pump station, a sub-rotary seat, a main rotary seat, a hydraulic roof support mechanism, a heavy-duty crawler walking part, a main platform, main and auxiliary lifting arms, a power system and a hydraulic system. The main and auxiliary arms have good lifting balance, flexible lifting, free rotation, safe walking, and full hydraulic control. The operating system adopts manual control or wireless remote control. On the eye-cut bottom plate, first complete the roof support operation, lift the heavy objects at fixed points, and transport them to the designated positions; the maximum lifting weight is 26 tons, and the running speed is 15m/min; The maximum handling weight is 5 tons. It replaces the traditional working method of manual operation with hand chain hoists, reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves safety.
