This machine is mainly composed of grouped unit stacked double-column hydraulic supports, two telescopic hydraulic cylinders connected to the left and right top beams (or telescopic frames connected to the beams) and a special truck moving system (wireless remote control operation). Integrating the advantages of the single pillar and the step-type advanced support hydraulic support, it realizes high support strength, one-time connection to the top to keep the roof intact, and effectively prevents the superimposed effect of the advanced support pressure on the working face and the support pressure along the inclined direction. The surrounding rock of the roadway is deformed, moved, and destroyed, which improves the mining efficiency of the working face and avoids potential safety hazards. The special transport vehicle undertakes the transportation work when the advance support device is installed and retracted, shrinks the height and width of the support to the minimum size, loads it on the transport vehicle, transports it to the front end and installs it in place to realize reciprocating continuous support. It effectively overcomes the disadvantages of step-type advanced support that repeatedly connects to the roof to damage the roof and the increased labor intensity of using a single pillar, realizes one-time advanced support in the area affected by advanced full mining, and ensures the integrity of the roof.
